The three IIMs (The Indian Institute of Management--Bangalore,Ahmedabad and Calcutta have again topped the country's B-schools. They are also in the tip ten Asia-Pacific region. IIM Ahmedabad is ranked second, IIM-Bangalore fifth and IIM Calcutta is reanked eigth. Indian School of Business has been ranked seventh, SP Jain Management and Research is at sixteenth place and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade at 21st place.INSEAD - Singapore is the number one in the region for the third consecutive year. Melbourne Business School --Australia , NUS Business school -- Singapore and University of South Wales are also among the top ten. The QS Global report has given this statistics based on the information given by global recruiters. According to the QS global report, " Business schools in the Asia-Pacific region are looking at the standard of top American and European institutions as indicators of how they compare and where they could improve."
