As such, the vacancies are available for the positions of
1. Engineers
2. Officers.
Who can apply for this:
The Under Graduate for the following discipline in BE/ B.Tech, Integrated ME, M.Tech are eligible to apply
1. Chemical Engineering graduates including Petrochemicals and Polymer Engineering.
Note: oil, paint Tech, Surfactant tech , ceramics can not apply.
2. Civil Engineering:
Note: constructions, environmental, transportation Engineering graduates can not apply.
3. Computer science and information technology.
4. Electrical Engineering including Electrical and Electronics.
Note: Electrical and Communication, TeleCommunication, power Engineering graduates can not apply.
5. Electronics and Communication Engineering including Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
Note: Electrical and Electronics Engineering can not apply.
6. Instrumentation Engineering including Electronics and instrumentation.
Note: Electronics and communication, Telecommunication graduates can not apply.
7. Mechanical Engineering graduates:
Note: Automation, Automobiles, industrial, manufacturing, power, production Engineering need not graduate.
The candidates who have qualified in regular studies in M.Sc, M.Tech or Integrated M.Sc, M.Tech in the following disciplines can also apply.
1. Geology including Applied geology.
Note: M.Tech Compu technical seismology
Need not apply.
2. Geo physics, including applied Geophysics
Mark Eligibility:
1. The candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non creamy layer) should have scored minimum 60% marks.
2. SC,ST & Alternatively talented should have scored minimum 55% marks.
Age Eligibility:
For Engineers,
As on June 30 of 2015, the age limit is 28 years
Age relaxation will be given according to the stipulated Government policies.
