John T. Petter’s Foundation was established in the memory of John T. Petters.The foundation funds to undergraduate students who are members of John T. Petters Foundation Partner University and/ or Non-profit organizations OR to those undergraduates who apply separately as an “Open Scholar.” John t Petter’s Foundation is a private foundation that aims to provide education to such brilliant and intelligent students who cannot afford higher studies because of financial paucity. . The foundation aspires to provide a golden opportunity to its scholars to analyse, observe, study, absorb, and gain the knowledge, education and experience of the nature and features of global business which is not possible in his/her own country. The other nation is also benefitted with their interaction and thus the knowledge and experience the scholars get in helps them to improve, and enhances skills, insight, and flexibility.
Eligibility for the John T Petters Scholarship:
- Candidate should be a citizen of U.S.
- Candidate’s academic achievements should be excellent.
- Candidate should be armed with high school degree.
- Candidate should be devoted and dedicated for higher studies.
- Candidate should be competent and flexible to adjust and educate himself in another environment without any discomfort.
- Candidate’s economical condition is considered before granting the scholarship.
Value of Scholarship:
- The program develops and enhances the cerebral prowess of the candidates.
- Develops compatibility to review and implement strategies from the pragmatic point of view.
- Candidate learns to make balance between work, home, and community life.
- Explore practical solutions to common workplace challenges and implementation of strategies that he acquired in abroad program.
- Gain an understanding of leadership competencies and opportunities crucial for his/her successful career
- Candidate gets a chance to dissolve in the culture of different background

- Candidate gets a financial assistance of $5,000 for the scholarship program
- Every year30 candidates are selected for the Peter’s Fellowship program.
Deadline for Application:
Applications and other formalities should reach the office between 15th of November and 15th of December. Candidates will be selected on the 1st of February and the final nominations will be announced on 14th of February.
How to Apply John T Petters Scholarship:
Applicant should submit a resume or curriculum vitae with the carefully filled form along with 2 letters of recommendation from their teacher or instructor for the scholarship. Bank account details of the candidate and the amount of allowance candidate needs for the program is asked to produce. Candidate has to produce an essay about the benefit of the program. Candidate should be interested in study abroad program
