Applications invited for M.Tech. courses

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, has invited applications for admission to its M.Tech. programmes related to aerospace engineering, applied mechanics, chemical engineering, civil, computer sciences and engineering, electrical, mathematics , mechanical, metallurgical and materials engineering, ocean engineering, physics , interdisciplinary programmes in catalysis technology, nuclear engineering and petroleum engineering, and M.Tech. in clinical engineering.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree holders in engineering/technology/ architecture or Master's degree holders in chemistry / mathematics/ physics/ life sciences or related subjects with valid GATE scores are eligible to apply. Detailed information about eligibility criteria can be obtained from the website http://gate.iitm.ac.in/mtech_admissions. Application can be submitted only online. The application fee is Rs.200. The fee should be submitted in the form of a demand draft drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of the Registrar, IIT Madras and payable at Chennai. Last date: April 5. Print-out of the online application along with the demand draft should be sent to the Chairman, M.Tech. admission committee, GATE score, IIT Madras, Chennai-600036 so as to reach the addressee on or before April 8. B.Tech. courses
