NALSAR Entrance exam process is carried out for admission to the B.A LLB & LL.M. courses in NALSAR University of Law, based on a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be conducted together by NLSIU-Bangalore, NALSAR-Hyderabad, NLIU-Bhopal, NUJS-Kolkata, NLU-Jodhpur, HNLU-Raipur and GNLU-Ahmadabad. NALSAR provides admission in Law at the graduate, post graduate and doctoral levels
Aspirants are admitted to the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research by the Common Law Admittance Test (CLAT). This is a very important exam for those students who seek to become lawyers. The admission of the candidates is based strictly on the merit scored in this examination.Candidates who are applying for the BA LLB course must have cleared their class 10+2 or it�s equal. They should have secured at least 50% marks. (45% marks for candidates belonging to the backward categories). Those candidates who are applying for the final exams can apply too.
The students who wish to apply for the LLM course should have completed their LLB/BA LLB degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for backward categories). Candidates who are in their final year are eligibo apply too
The application form can be downloaded from the authorized website of the CLAT. The form can bought from designated banks like State Bank of India and the Indian Bank etc. It can also be obtained from the office. Moreover, the candidates can also obtain the application form from the law institutes or universities which take part in the CLAT examination.
