Karunya School of Management Entrance Exam

Introduction

KSM Entrance Exam 2012- Karunya School of Management, KSM for short conducts an entrance process for admission to its MBA programs every year. It is one amongst the various Management Entrance Exams in India. The aspiring candidates have to apply for this entrance process along with taking KMAT / CAT / XAT written test. The applicants have to secure sufficient ranks in the exams like KMAT/ CAT/ XAT etc for further selection process to MBA & MBA (Construction Management) programmes offered by the business school. This business school provides excellent project works and special training programs to its students.

Eligibility Criteria for Karunya School of Management Entrance Exam

Minimum qualification for taking part in this type of MBA Entrance Test is 60 % marks for science / engineering graduates, 55 % marks for B.B.A. / B.Com. / B.A. Economics (other than literature) graduates and 50 % marks for B.A. English literature graduates. (Appearance in KMAT 2011 or CAT/MAT/XAT/TANCET is essential for Indian Nationals). However students in their final year of qualifying degree courses are also eligible to apply.

Application Procedure for Karunya School of Management Entrance Exam

Besides appearing for the written entrance examination(s) i.e XAT/CAT/MAT/NAT or KMAT candidates have to apply separately for KSM. The forms will be available directly from KSM Campus during the last week of December. The form can also be availed by post from KSM by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form with requisite fee. Selection Process for Karunya School of Management Entrance Exam

Candidates are shortlisted taking into consideration their XAT/CAT/MAT/NAT or KMAT scores. The shortlisted candidates have to then undergo a Personal Interview followed by a Group Discussion and based on that score, the final selections are made to admit the candidates in the MBA programmes. Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be held at KSM Campus, Coimbatore.
