Introduction

Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test acronym as IMU-CET is conducted by the School of Management, Indian Maritime university for providing admission to following courses at Chennai and Cochin Campuses

  • MBA in Port and Shipping Management
  • MBA in International Transportation and Logistics Management at IMU Chennai.
Eligibility Criteria for Indian Maritime University Combined Entrance Test

The aspiring candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and Differently Abled (DA) categories) awarded by UGC approved University.

Exam Pattern for Indian Maritime University Combined Entrance Test

The written question paper consists of only multiple choice type questions. There are four options available in each question, from which the candidates have to choose the correct one.Written test will be followed by Interview and Medical test.Successful candidates in the written exam must appear in an interview, which is conducted by the University. After the interview, the candidates are called for a medical test, which is conducted at various test centers. Final selection of the candidates is based on their performances in these three admission procedures.
