Common Management Admission Test(CMAT)

Introduction

Common Management Admission Test is being conducted by AICTE for the first time in 2012 for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE for the year 2012-13.

Eligibility criteria for Common Management Admission Test(CMAT)

Aspiring candidates should have a Recognized Bachelor�s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.For some course like Executive PGDM the aspiring candidate should have Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration and a minimum of 5 years relevant managerial / supervisory experience.However candidates appearing in final year exam can also apply for CMAT exam.

Common Management Admission Test(CMAT) Pattern

There shall be negative marking for wrong answers, for each wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted. Duration of exam will be 180 minutes
