Introduction

Bharathidasan Institute of Management also known as BIM offered Two-year full time residential MBA Programme with specializations in Marketing, Finance, Systems, and Human Resource Management. Admission to this institute is based on the merit attained in Online CAT –Combined Entrance test – conducted by IIM’s. There is no separate written test for taking admission in the management programmes of the institutes. Thus all the BIM applicants should take CAT Online Test

Eligibility criteria for Bharathidasan Institute of Management Exam

The aspirant should have a Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.

Note: Final Year Degree students may also apply subject to completion of the degree requirements with minimum 50% marks by the month of July of the respective year.

Selection Process for Bharathidasan Institute of Management Exam

The BIM Selection Process consists of following two stages:

• In the first stage the candidates are short listed on the base on CAT scores
• After the short listing of the candidates they are put to Personal Interview and Group discussion at their Chennai, Bangalore and Tiruchirapalli centers.

Note: Academic performance of the candidate in the qualifying degree Program and relevant work experience are the other components verified during the second stage of the selection process.The final selection for the MBA Program will be based on the performance of the candidate in all of the above components.

Important: Indian Bank and Karur Vysya Bank will send a brochure along with the loan form to the selected candidates of BIM. They will give assistance for all the necessary documents. Bank people will be available at BIM campus at the time of registration to clear the doubts of the students as well as the parents.

Application Process for Bharathidasan Institute of Management Exam

Candidates can get the information broucher and application form to apply for BIM by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.1400 (SC/ST Rs.920)( drawn in favour of Bharathidasan Institute of Management payable at Tiruchirappalli) along with two self-addressed slips by regular mail to the BIM address given below.

By online registration at www.bim.edu with an option to pay either by Demand Draft by Credit Card.For Credit card payments an amount of Rs.1520 should be paid instead of Rs.1400 and (for SC/ST Rs.1000 should be paid instead of Rs.920)
