Manipal (ENAT) Entrance Exam

Manipal university, today, is a knowledge powerhouse and a brand name in higher education. University itself conducts an on-line entrance test to select eligible candidates for its courses. Manipal University believes in providing the finest in infrastructure and facilities to its students when it comes to learning and research. In fact some of the facilities, like the Innovation Centre, have served as a valuable �incubation centre� for industry and research. The state-of-the art innovation centre bridges the gap between university and industries for industrial academic research. Manipal University has branch campuses in Bangalore, Malaysia, Dubai and Antigua in the Caribbean Island. There is also a campus in Mangalore with a medical college, a dental college and a nursing college with attached teaching hospitals. MU has an international academic collaboration for twinning programmes in engineering with universities in the US, UK, Australia and other countries.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 level or its equivalent examination with 60% (55% for reserved category) marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry from any recognized board/university.

Final year candidates of 10+2 may also appear at the Test.

• There will be one question paper of multiple choice questions of the objective type.
• The test will be of 2 hours duration and contains 120 questions.
• All questions will be divided in six sections and each section has 20 questions.
• All six sections are mathematics, electric circuits, electronics and instrumentation, communication systems and digital systems, C programming and data structures, and object oriented systems.
• The questions will be in English language only.
