Education fairs in 11 cities for students aspiring to pursue higher education in Australia

IDP Education India, the leading student placement service provider will be organizing education fairs in 11 cities for students aspiring to pursue higher education in Australia. Scheduled to take place from the January 29 till February 13,the fairs will bring together prominent universities and educational institutes from Australia under one roof. The fairs will kick start from Kolkata on January 29 and conclude in Coimbatore on February 13, 2013. Among the other cities, the fairs will be organized in Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi.

Harmeet Pental, Regional Director (South Asia, North America & UK) IDP Education said, "IDP seeks to provide an all-inclusive platform to provide details to the aspiring students. We offer the students an opportunity to interact with the institution representatives directly and help facilitate exchange of information. We intend to ensure that the future of the students is in safe hands."

 40 Australian institutions are participating in the fairs. It is a freeplatform for all students to gauge their prospects of studying in Australia, apply directly to the institution of their choice and get first hand information on courses, scholarships etc. "We see Australia making progress towards improving its attractiveness as a destination with the introduction of new post study work rightsand reduced financial evidentiary requirementsespecially for Indian students looking to join an Australian university", added Pental.

The fairs will not only help students get a waiver on the application feebut also the privilege of getting scholarshipsbeing extended by participating universities to qualifying students at the venue. Students are advised to bring along their educational certificates in original along with photocopies.
