Scholarships offer from SRM University

The top 20 rank-holders in the SRM Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMEEE), provides waiver of tuition, hostel, mess and transport fee as scholarship.

In addition, students are given a stipend of Rs 1000 a month. The scholarship can also be availed of by the top 100 state toppers in the CBSE or state board streams from any state in the country and also by top five district toppers in Tamil Nadu.

Students who have secured above 90% in CBSE or 95% in state board examinations and have ranked amongst the top 8,000 in SRMEE can avail of a 50% tuition fee waiver. Sportspersons of national and international fame are also eligible for scholarships.

Students from families with an annual income of less than Rs 50,000 are eligible for a complete fee waiver. Performance during the course is also recognised and encouraged by providing a tuition fee waiver of up to 50% based on their GPA in every semester.
