Chhattisgarh aims full literacy by 2020

The Chhattisgarh goverment is aiming to achieve complete literacy in the state by 2020.
The state government has decided to up the literacy level to match Kerala by 2015 and achieve the full target in ten years from now, State Education Minister Brijmohan Agarwal said.
  
In order to acheive this feat, he asked the teachers to put in their full might and introduce innovative learning methods so that children do not shy away from schools.
