First Management Aptitude and Skills Test on Feb 20

The All India Management Association (AIMA), the apex body for the management sector, has launched a Management Aptitude and Skills Test (MAST) to evaluate management students across the country, a senior AIMA official informed the sources. The first test will be held on February 20, 2011.

Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor of Punjab Technical University (PTU) said, “The test, apart from being beneficial to the students, will also benefit the employers. The employers will now have the opportunity to choose students with the right skills. It will also make the recruitment process cost effective and efficient.”

MAST is a computer-based test, which will test general ability, domain knowledge and personality traits of the students.
