Tamil Nadu Agriculture Varsity signs MoU with M&M

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University signed a pact with Mahindra & Mahindra for undertaking collaborative research in the area of farm mechanisation.
   
The research would be pursued for increased efficiency of tillage and crop yield, with minimum input of power, TNAU Dean (Agri. Engineering) S Santhaba Bosu  said in a release today.
   
The memorandum of understanding was signed between Ram Manrao, Senior Vice President (R and D) of Mahindra & Mahindra and Bosu of the university.
   
Farm mechanisation envisages increased productivity, comfort, return and profitability to farmers.
