Haryana to set up 8 special schools, one institute

The Haryana government is planning to set up eight special schools and one state-level institute for differently-abled people under its Jawahar Social Infrastructure Mission.

The information regarding the backlog of posts for people with hearing and speech difficulties in all government departments has already been received by the personnel department, an official spokesperson said.

As per latest information, a backlog of 200 posts had been found in various departments, boards and corporations. These posts would soon be filled up, the spokesman added.
