IGNOU-Oleena to open community college in Kozhikode

Kerala Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem would inaugurate IGNOU-Oleena Community College here tomorrow.

Registered with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the college launched by Oleena, a non-governmental organisation, would offer courses in computer, allied health care, education, automobile mechanism, honey keeping, fashion designing, service industries among others, Oleena chairperson T Sujatha told reporters here today.

IGNOU Vice Chancellor V N Rajasekharan Pillai, Kohzikode Mayor M Bhaskaran and A Pradeep Kumar, MLA, would be among those to be attended.
