nit National Institute of Technology (NIT) - Hamirpur has released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates to apply for an admission to full time/part time/off campus Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programme.

Courses offered in disciplines like:

Architecture (Arch.)
Civil Engineering (CE)
Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
Electronics & Communication Engineering (E&CE)
Electrical Engineering (EE)
Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Centre for Energy and Environmental Engineering (CEEE) and Centre for Material Science & Engineering (CMSE)

Eligibility Criteria for NIT, Hamirpur:

Ph.D in Engineering/Architecture: All the candidates need to have a Master's degree in engineering /technology/architecture in relevant discipline with Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPI) of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.

Ph.D in Applied Sciences from National Institute of Technology (NIT)- Hamirpur: The applicants interested in taking admission needs to have a Master's degree in relevant science subject with CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60 per cent marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree.
