JEE advanced result 2016 : Aman Bansal from Jaipur got the first position, total of 36,566 candidates qualified the jee advanced 2016

jeejee advanced result 2016 have been announced today, on June 12. This year, Aman Bansal from Jaipur bagged the fist position followed by Bhavesh Dhingra from Yamuna Nagar and Kunal Goyal from Jaipur who secured the second and third positions in the test respectively.

A total of 36,566 candidates qualified the jee advanced 2016 examination out of 1.47 lakh. Among the girls, Riya Singh topped the examination with 133 rank.

If students score the same rank, they will be judged by the Mathematics score. If that does not happen, they will be shortlisted by the Physics score. If this too cannot be done, the students will be given the same rank.

The candidate who qualifies in more than one category will be considered in all the categories to which he/she belongs.

This year jee advanced result 2016, a total of 569 seats have been increased as compared to that of last year.

The jee advanced result 2016 cut-offs are expected to be normal this year, i.e. 10 per cent per subject and 35 per cent overall as against 7 per cent per subject and 24.5 per cent overall in 2015, according to FITJEE

Every year, the IITs onducts the exam for admission to various Bachelor's degree programmes in eighteen IITs and Indian School of Mines (ISM), along with other reputable engineering institute.
