IIT, Patna, invites applications for Master of Technology (MTech) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme from eligible candiates

iitpatna Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admissions to Master of Technology (MTech) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme offered in various departments for the session July, 2016. The interested candidates should apply latest by April 25.

Educational qualification for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna:
M.Tech programme: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognised university or institute.

PhD in Engineering programme: The candidates must have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) from a recognised university or institute.

Ph.D in Science programme: The candidates should possess a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) from a recognised university or institute.

Selection procedure for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna:
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in a written test and an interview.

The candidates should submit the hard copy of their application form along with the essential documents to 'The Assistant Registrar(Academics), Indian Institute of Technology Patna, Bihta, Kanpa Road, District - Patna, Bihar , PIN - 801103' through a proper channel so as to reach before the closing date.
