nit The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal has invited applications for admissions to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Management for the session July 2016.

The interested candidates should apply in a prescribed format latest by May 2.

Educational qualification for NIT, Warangal:
The candidates should have a postgraduate in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Candidates who are in their final year can also apply.

Selection procedure for NIT, Warangal:
The selection will be based on the written test and interview.

How to apply for NIT, Warangal:
The eligible, interested candidates should submit the duly-filled application along with the required documents to 'The Associate Dean (Admissions), Academic Section, National Institute of Technology, Warangal 506 004' through a proper channel so as to reach before the closing date.

Application fee for NIT, Warangal:
An application fee of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 needs to be paid by the SC/St and general candidates for the registration procedure. The candidates can make the payment through demand draft, drawn in favor of The Director, National Institute of Technology, Warangal, payable at SBH, NIT Warangal branch (Code No. 20149) or SBI, Battala Bazar (Code No. 07456).
