BS - MS Dual degree at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research

Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research organizes BS-MS dual programmes at Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune and Thirvananthapuram for the sesson Aug 2014.

To apply for this BS MS dual degree the eligibility to apply is,Qualification in SA (2012) SX (2013)/SB (2013) in Kishore Vaigynik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) Basic Science Stream (or) a minimum of 60% marks in XII and sewing a place in the ranking of JEE (Advances) Examination (2014). Both state and central board students can apply for this course.

Students who passed XII in 2013 or appeared in 2014 in science stream with either

i)Marks above or equal to cut off percentage declared by DST

(refer; www.iiser.admissions.in)

as eligibility by INSPIRE fellowship, for OBC (Non ceremony lager) / BC category candidates, there is \5% relaxation in the DST cut off. The cut off for SC/ST candidates is 55% in XII. (or). Advisory note for the eligibility for scholarship for Higher education (SHE) under INSPIRE scheme based on the performance of XII board examination. The students applying through state and central board has to appear and qualify IISER Aptitude test 2014.\

The application cost is Rs.600 and Rs.300 for SC/ST.
