Course completion for Army Officers

Officers Training Academy, St. Thomas Mount of Chennai is one of the Training Institutions for Military Officers. The training course for 225 cadets of India and 21 from various foreign countries attained their course completion. In this eleven months duration course, 183 male candidates and 42 female candidates were trained. They will be recruited formally in Indian Army from Saturday onwards.

Various talent shows were demonstrated on Friday by these trained candidates like Horse riding, Jumping from parachutes and various defense shows took place on that day.

Col. Ragu, the Army officer explained about various training courses given by OTA, Chennai. The training events include fighting using various weapons, Martial Arts using launchers etc.
