Earlier, all the aspirants who had cleared the main examination (Phase 2) conducted on July 31 were called for a group discussion and interview (Phase 3).

Earlier, the application process for the SBI PO vacancy started on May 4, 2016 and ended on May 24, 2016.

The bank has earlier released a notification PO (CRPD/PO/2016-17/02) to recruit aspirants for 2,260 posts of probationary officers.

Selection of Aspirants:

The final selection of Aspirants will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the main examination (objective and descriptive), and group discussion followed by interview round. Preliminary exam marks also will not be considered.
