Indian Universities among Top 40

It is the first time that two of the new Indian Universities have gone to the list of top 40 of the second annual times Higher Education Bricks and Emerging Economics Rankings.

Indian Institute of sciences, Bangalore is in 25th position and the India Institute of Technology, Bombay in 3th place 11 other Indian universities are in the top 100 ranking. The list is meant for rankings of 18 countries.

In this statistics and analysis 15 universities from Chile, china, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Russia and Turkey have entered in the ranking list.

The top 5 institution in the world are:

1. Peking university, China

2. T shighva university, china

3. Middle East Technical University, Turkey

4. University of cape town, South Africa

5. M.V Lomonosou Moscow state University-Russian Federation.

27 Institutions in China are in top 100

19 from Taiwan, 11 from India, 8 from Turkey, and 7 from Russian Federation.

The name of the Institutions of India in 2015 rank lists are

IISC, Bangalore (25), IIT Bombay (37), IIT, (Turkey (38) Purical University (39), IIT, Kharagpur (43), IIT Madras (44), IIT, Delhi (56), JNO (71), IIT Kanpur (74) 

Aligarh Muslim University (78) and IIT Gwalior (98).
