Sports Quota jobs in Indian Navy

Indian Navy advertised to get applications from Unmarried Male candidates for enrollment as scholars through sports quota entry for its 01/2015 batch.

Which sports?

1.       Outstanding sports man who have participated International/youth/Junior/senior/ National champion ship/ senior state championship/

All India University championship in

Sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, canoeing, rowing

2.       Candidates who have done sailing, and wind surfing at senior/younger/junior level at open championship.

3.       Candidates, who have done sailing, and wind surfing at NCC and sea cadet corps (SCC)

What are the positions & what are the educational qualifications

a.      Direct Entry Petty officers:

XII or equal level passed at least VI position in Nationals (senior) or IV position in Nationals (youth/junior) 17 to 22 years.

b.      Senior secondary recruitment

1.       XII or equivalent passed

2.       Particular in International/National/state (or) at least V position is NCC/SCC. National

3.       Age : 17 to 21 years.

c.       Matric Recruits (MR)

a.       XI (or) equivalent passed

b.      Participation in International/National/State tournament (or) a minimum of V position in NCC/SCC National.

c.       Age 17-21

        d. Non Matric Recruitment (NMR)

                a. VI passed

                b. Participation in International/National/State/(or) V position is NCC/SCC National:

Age: 17 to 21 years.

The application should be submitted on A4 size paper as per the given format in the advertisement.

and only one form can be sent and the application should be sent only in ordinary post.
