The field for research is soft solids including foods. This studentship program is full forded 3 ½ years duration work. It is purely an experiential project. The challenge here is to find ways and means in which chocolates melting post close to that of the human body can remain as if solid and retain qualities in warm climates.

It is obvious even the quality chocolate starts becoming soft at 34 degree Celsius approximately below human body temperature. Te top 10 companies of the world need solution to solve this problem.
