Britain's FRCS Examination in India

Britains high profile FRCS examination came back to a beginning in India, after a long time. The second segment of three part ophthalmology tests were conducted at Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai. Candidates from 6 Asian Countries wrote this examination. Dr.Robert Murray, of Royal College of surgeons (RCSED) who is the leader of Examinations team said that 39 candidates from India, Pakistan, Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia and Srilanka I took the part B of the examination in Ophthalmology. RCSED is the body which organizes this examined.

Part A of this examination is theoretical and these who qualified in Part A can appear in Part B which is an exhaustive evaluation in the clinical expertise of the can the candidates.
